At Proline Range Hoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your unit has not been installed or modified to remain eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Unit

  Carefully repackage the range hood in its original crate or box, ensuring all filters, hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier or schedule a freight pickup for larger hood models.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for damages and verifies its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
